Equipment Description
DAC150 Dynamic axial compression column
Dynamic axial compression technology completes column loading, column pressure maintenance and column unloading work through the movement of piston.
The periphery of piston is equipped with specially designed sealing structure that allows piston to slide freely along inner wall of column tube while maintaining high seal.
Piston movement and pressure maintenance rely on pressure holding system, hydraulic power is more stable and uniform than traditional axial compression column using spring power, which makes the use effect of separation column better. It can be loaded of diameters (150mm-1000mm) Column while maintaining the same separation effect as the analytical column.

(1) Hydraulic cylinder
Piston adopts two sets of V-shaped combined seals and ceramic strong support sleeve.
The static seal of piston adopts 4 O-rings, the piston does not rotate, and lock nut is directly locked, which ensures that the seal does not rotate.
End face of the live cold rod has a quick start opening groove.
The guide sleeve adopts V-shaped combined seals for the front and rear shafts. The aluminum oil-free bearing is added to the guide sleeve. The end cover is installed by screws to ensure that the seal is not twisted and the life is guaranteed. This product is designed with 5-year service life warranty and maintenance-free.
(2) Sieve plate sealing structure
Sealing structure of piston sieve plate directly affects performance of column efficiency and separation degree. Sieve plate installation and sealing is not good, will lead to in the process of column loading, the filler in the homogenate will recoil from the sieve plate and sealing joint to the distribution name, which is firmly not allowed to appear; Moreover, due to the large diameter, unreasonable structural design, there will be peripheral compaction, compaction in the center of the phenomenon.
The sieve plate seal adopts the sealing structure of the sieve plate and tetrafluoron cold pressure interference installation, the sieve plate and tetrafluoron as one, good sealing performance, convenient loading and unloading of the sieve plate, the diameter of the sieve plate is infinitely close to the diameter of the column tube, and the final separation is good, the column efficiency is high, and the tail is small.
(3) High pressure sealing ring
The high-pressure sealing ring adopts imported spring energy storage sealing ring. The sealing ring is a pressure-assisted sealing device with a PTFE jacket, which is specially equipped with a corrosion-resistant metal accumulator spring. The spring is compressed, urging the lip of the jacket against the sealing groove, thereby
forming a seal.
(4) Reversing ball valve (up, down)

UV detector
UV/Visible wavelength detectors are an important part of a complete HPLC purification system. The detector design is guided by today's state-of-the-art technology, and its baseline noise and drift are reduced to a new limit through digital data processing and control. Due to the digital output function, the detector can be directly connected with the computer through the serial port without any data acquisition unit.
The detector system adopts different flow cell unit designs for different flow rates, which fully meets the requirements of direct detection without shunt, which is a very prominent shining point of the device.

Dynamic mixer
The main function of this instrument is to mix two different solutions uniformly in binary gradient test, and the ideal state is to minimize the mixing volume. The motor speed is 500rpm/min, which can ensure the uniform mixing of the solution.

Chromatographic data processing workstation software
